WEIGHT WATCHERS BANANA BREAD

I really love banana bread. It is one of my best recipes to make. We eat it for breakfast, snacks and even my kids and family loves it. They always ask to make it for breakfast so I really enjoy this recipe early in the morning with my husband and kids.

WHAT IS MY FAVORITE SUGAR SUBSTITUTE FOR THIS WEIGHT WATCHERS BANANA BREAD?

For this recipe, I use Splenda. I really liked that it is a one-to-one sugar substitute and this means that if my recipe calls for sugar then I can use Splenda.

HOW TO MAKE BANANA BREAD?

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set it aside.
  3. Then I mash bananas with a fork in a medium bowl.
  4. To beat in the remaining ingredients until well-blended I use an electric mixer on medium speed.
  5. In a greased loaf pan, pour the mixture and bake well for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Let cool on a baking rack.
