HOW DO I MAKE MY WW BLUEBERRY MUFFINS?

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Then combine egg, water, applesauce & sugar substitute in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add Kodiak pancake mix/protein powder and baking powder and mix well.
  • Then add fresh blueberries.
  • The muffin tin should be sprayed with nonstick cooking spray before pouring into the mixture.
  • Then bake the muffin for 15-18 minutes.
  • Remove your muffin tin from the oven and allow them to cool for 5 minutes before removing it from the muffin tin.
  • if want, You can sprinkle the tops with some powdered sugar.

PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 15 minutes
ADDITIONAL TIME: 3 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 23 minutes

  3. I can store it in an airtight container for up to a week or more.

  • Well, you'll need 1 1/2 cup KODIAK CAKES PROTEIN PANCAKE POWER CAKES, FLAPJACK AND WAFFLE BAKING MIX
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • And 1/2 cup water depending on the batter consistency
  • For sugar substitute, you'll need 1/4 cup of LAKANTO CLASSIC MONKFRUIT SWEETENER
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
