HOW DO I MAKE MY WW PROTEIN WAFFLE?
- In a mixing special bowl combine egg, protein powder, baking powder, water and extract in a bowl.
- The batter should be on the thinner side. But not too thin. (Don’t use too much water, water will make the batter overflow.)
- Don’t forget to preheat a WAFFLE MAKER first and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter into the waffle iron.
- Remove from the waffle iron.
- For decoration, top with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, 2 Tbsp of peanut butter powder ( pb2) ( 1 Smart Point), 1 Tbsp sugar-free caramel sauce ( 1 Smart Point)
