HOW DO I MAKE MY TWO INGREDIENT DOUGH ENCHILADA CASSEROLE?
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and cook ground turkey or beef until it is no longer pink then remove from heat and set aside. Now add yogurt first, followed and self-rising flour then mix together by using a rubber spatula.
- Then knead until I can form a ball easily, about 10 rolls and roll the dough into 14-16 small balls. And set aside.
- all ingredients should be mixed together except for cheese, mix in a large mixing bowl and stir your ingredients until are blended together and fold in the 14-16 dough balls into the mixture.
- Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 pan.
- Then spread the cheese evenly over the enchilada casserole.
- And cook for 30-35 minutes until biscuits are thoroughly cooked.
- You can top with your favorite toppings like fat-free sour cream, guacamole or salsa
