This is the best Weight Watchers Caramel cheesecake recipe I have ever made. I have tried many but this one in my opinion is the best one hands down. The kids and the husband love this one when I make it. Warning: You might have to make two or more

PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOK TIME: 30 minutes
ADDITIONAL TIME: 12 hours
TOTAL TIME: 12 hours 40 minutes

INGREDIENTS
- You’ll need 3 eggs
- 3 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- And a small box of instant sugar-free/fat-free cheesecake flavor pudding.
- 1 Tbsp caramel extract
- 3 TBSP SUGAR SUBSTITUTE
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add eggs and sugar substitute in the mixing bowl and extract & mix well using a wire whisk and then add yogurt, & dry pudding, mix well.
- Then pour it into a pie dish sprinkled with a nonstick cooking spray or SPRINGFORM skillet.
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Before covering it with plastic wrap, Cool it for about 15-20 min.
- Let it chill overnight in the refrigerator.
NOTES
- Let it cool for 15-20 minutes, and it is better to let it cool overnight. Because It may look jiggly but once it’s chilled, it will set.
- It’s recommended to chill overnight before eating. For the best texture and flavor to completely set in It can take up to 12 hours.
- Its taste depends on the duration of the cold because the longer the cold period, the better it will taste.
- Toppings are extra points.
- For one additional point, I added 1 Tbsp Smucker sugar-free caramel syrup and fat-free Reddi Whip.
- The cheesecake can keep for up to a month in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
